Hi there,

Looking at signing up for a silver package but have a few questions.

• How does the money for registration come into our account?
• Can it be fully integrated into a square space website?
• Is changing / adding fields on the back end simple and possible once a form is live?
• Can you apply discount text codes?
• Can you limit number of people submitting registrations before, for example, a sports program is full?-- -
• Can you offer for example first 50 people something like 10% off?

• How does the money for registration come into our account?

You'll be using a payment integration of your preference from all the available options. That Payment processor will be linked to your account in which you'll receive your money. You can find all the available payment integrations on the following links.

Yes, the form can be fully integrated into a square space website. You can check the step by step guide below.

• Is changing/adding fields on the back end simple and possible once a form is live?

Yes, it is very easy. Basically, you can drag and drop any fields you'd like to add to your form. Please note that in case if you want to delete any form field after receiving some submissions then the received data for the field will get deleted as well.

• Can you apply discount text codes?

Yes, you can do that as well. Once you've added a payment integration you'll see the option to enable discount coupons as well. Please check the following guide for more details.

• Can you limit the number of people submitting registrations before, for example, a sports program is full?-- -

Yes, you can set up a limit on form submissions. For example, you want to receive only 50 registrations for a sports program. In your form settings, you can set up to disable the form after 50 submissions have been received and display a message that the registration is closed. • Can you offer for example first 50 people something like 10% off? 

You'll have to enable this setting once you've created a discount coupon for your form. You can set the coupon limit to 50. Meaning it can only be used 50 times.
