Hi! I just got a note that we've run out of space and need to upgrade. I believe it's because of too many form submissions in a month. Since we expect that those submissions will be stalling out now (our deadline for them is this week), I'm wondering if there is an option to pause one of our forms so the other can continue and we don't need to upgrade. Can someone be in touch so I can figure out our options?

Hi there,
Happy to help!
I see that you are currently within your Submission Limit, but the issue lies with your Upload Limit:
Please keep in mind that this Upload Space limit is your overall limit and does not refresh each month, so to avoid your forms from being disabled, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan as you mentioned, or you can delete some submissions and their corresponding data to clear some of this space. If you do choose to delete this data in the interim, you can also download first all your form submissions uploaded files (this is highly recommended).
Here's how-to-delete-form-submission-data
You can check these limits at anytime in your Account Settings: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.
