Download PDF submissions

    Hi. I am under the non-profit subscription. I would like other colleagues to be able to download the submission PDFs. However, each time they download the PDF, the email will be sent to me. Is there any other way where my colleagues can receive the PDF directly, instead of me having to forward it to them?

    Are you sharing the submissions page with them?

    If they download PDF submissions as bulk then it will be emailed to you. However, they can download individual PDF submissions without you receiving the download link or email.

    It is not possible for them to download a PDF submission in bulk.

    Yes i am sharing the submission page with them. Even if they click on the submissions individually, there are no buttons for them to download it as pdf. They cannot download the attachments in the submission too. May I know how to go about this, please? Must every submission and attachment download be gone through my email, and I would have to forward them?

    To clarify, they log-in to your account to view the submission data?

    No they do not log in to my account. I share the submission table with them.

    Hi there,

    As my colleague mentioned, it won't be possible for them to download the PDF submission in bulk, a download link will always be emailed to you if they download the PDF submissions as bulk.

    A workaround would be setting up an email notification and adding your colleagues as a recipient, so whenever someone submits a form, they will automatically receive email notification of the submission with a copy of the PDF submission attached.

    Take note that you will have to enable the PDF attachment in the email notification advance settings.

    Another option you can try is Integrating your Form with Google Drive, wherein PDF submissions are automatically saved into your Google Drive account folder. Then you can just share the folder from your Google Drive with your colleagues.
