    I need to cancel my account.

    I requested to delete my account and I was charged again.

    Can you please refund my last payment.

    Please apologize for any mistake.

    As requested, we have now canceled the subscription payment for your account. Expect the refund to reflect on your card account after 5-10 business days.

    Your account is now downgraded to the FREE plan and you will not be billed further.
