Question about hidden field

Hi Support Team,

with your useful guide, i manage to create my form. would like to ask,

I have a hidden field in my form ( appointment)at the end of the page before the submit button. this clearly will be hidden from the form when a sender fills up the form right?

what I would like to know is. once I received a form online and select an appointment date, will there be a notification sent to the sender on the appointment date and time?

If the appointment field is hidden then it will be hidden from your form users.

Also, if you do not want to send a notification to form submitters/users when you edit their submission, you can disable the "Send on Edit" option in your autoresponder.

Ok maybe my question was wrong. Let me put it this way. Once the job application form is submitted, sender will receive a notification, can I send the sender an appointment date for an interview session? Can this be done within the form itself?

Based on your reply, I would need to edit the appointment date to send the sender the appointment notification?

If I understood correctly then you want to send an appointment date for an interview session at a later date? If yes, then you can use the "Send Email Later" option in the AutoResponder Email.

Workflow as below

Link will be sent to candidate to fill up the form. Once form is filled up and submit. Form will be sent to HR, HR then will select a date and time for the candidate to attend for an interview. Once the date is selected , will send notification to the candidate on the interview date and time.
