I created a form. I have four questions.

    1. How can I download the form to my website?
    2. Can the form be completed by the website visitors I am trying to screen?
    3. Is the information secure? How can I make sure their response information is secure?
    4. Will I be able to view the responses?

Please see the form provided - see URL

    Hi, Raymond!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. - "How can I download the form to my website?"

You can embed Form to your website via iFrame method or Script. Also you can embed our form to WIX, Shopify, WordPress and other platforms. I attached some guides below:

    2. - "Can the form be completed by the website visitors I am trying to screen?"

If I understand you correctly - website visitors can complete forms, without JotForm account.

    3. - "Is the information secure? How can I make sure their response information is secure?"

JotForm takes the security of your data very seriously. All JotForm standalone form links and embed codes are secure (SSL) by default, and we give all users the option to encrypt their data.

The information stored on JotForm will be kept there until you decide to delete them. So yes, you should be able to delete your entries. Simply go to your form's submissions page and then you can delete the submissions there. You can check this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

    4. - "Will I be able to view the responses?"

Yes, you can view your responses it is very simple. I attached a guide about how to view submissions(Responses)
