Can I use this replace the existing form with this cloned form and keep the submissions together?

I already have a form with multiple submissions. Can I use this replace the existing form with this cloned form and keep the submissions together?
    Another option?
I created a separate form that has just the information about paying by check, or needing financial aid. Is it possible to embed this form into our existing form and create a condition to open this form if pay by check is chosen?

Hi Karen, thank you for reaching us.

If you would like to move your submissions from the old form, you may import your submissions using our Import App.

However, kindly noted that importing submissions will be counted against your submission limit.

I assume you would like the separate forms to be open as a pop window. Kindly let us know if this assumption is incorrect.

If this is the case, unfortunately it may not possible. However, you may embed your separate form into the form, and show/hide based on the user's answer. A similar method can be found here.

Let us know if you encounter difficulty.

Is what you are saying here that I need to make an excel spreadsheet of the submission in my old form, and then import them into the new form? There is no transfer ability in JotForm itself.

    Hi Karen,

You may simply download your submissions as Excel/CSV from your old forms.

Unfortunately, transferring submissions from one form to another form is currently not possible as your data is linked with your field.

Let us know if you have other questions.
