I have several goals, please give me step by step instructions to to obtain them.

    1) I have two forms with email submissions. The user is supposed to fill out either form in the order they wish to do so, however some stop after filling out only one form. How can I setup a workflow which cross references emails to trigger an outbound email letting them know they are not quite done yet?

    2) I noticed that if a form is not filled out all the way until the end, we lose the entire entry. If the first few questions are the contact information, but they don't fill the whole thing out, we would still like the option of following up with them to urge them to finish the form. How can this get done?

    3) This matter is urgent and I would like to be up and running by end of day, is there a managed service we can pay to get this done based on my feedback above?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting support.

You can redirect users from one form to another so that they won't miss filling the two forms. See guides below to know how.

    Guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url

    https://www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page

I suggest you to allow users to Continue Forms later as well so that they will have the option to save and continue filling the form at their chosen time.

Go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Enable Continue Forms Later

Then, you can create reminder emails to remind your users to fill the form.

    I hope this helps.

If this workaround will not meet your requirements, kindly let us know.

We look forward to your reply.
