Suojattu lomake

Hei,

onko tuotteillanne mahdollista luoda suojattuja lomakkeita? Lomakkeisiin tulee arkaluonteista tietoa, ja se pitää jakaa eri osastoihin (groups/teams).

Eli kun viestit tulevat, niin johtaja lähettää sen eri ryhmiin ja koko prosessin on oltava suojattu.

Paljonko maksaa?

Thanks. Is there a possibility for some of the users to see some of the forms but not all? So somehow share the answers according to user rights?

Hello Tom! Do you want to show your form submissions to different users based on a criteria?

As an example, User 'A' can only view form submissions that has "A" as the answer to a particular question. Similarly, user 'B' should only have access to those form submissions which has "B" as the answer for that same question.

If this is what you're looking for; then there is an email alert that goes out once a form is submitted that has all the answers (email notifications). You can conditionally control this alert email and change its recipients based on the answers provided on the form. Guide to implement this: how-to-send-email-based-on-users-answer
