Can the form be printed as well for those who don't have a computer?

If you are referring to the subscribers that submitted their data. There are options.

Print button on a form would allow your form user to print and obtain a hard copy of the data they fill in into the form before clicking on the submit button. Adding a print button to your form on JotForm is pretty easy.

You can sent them pre-written reply, so that the submitters to get a copy of the data they have submitted on your form, then you will need to set up an Autoresponder Email.

Or you can create PDF document, then select layout and PDF document title, customize your PDF form as you want, once your PDF document is created. Now you can select it in drop down to be attached in the autoresponder email.
