I am trying to use a variable that I am collecting through an input table to fill out something in a pdf. How can I do that?

So for example, the first field in the middle column, I would like to use in a part of the text that I later fill out in a pdf. How can I do this?

I understand that you want to pass on the data that is entered inside the cells in the input table to some PDF you are filling.

    Could you please explain further?

Which PDF are you referring to?

You can anyway get the output of this form including the data in the input field when you create a PDF document of the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report

Please review and let us know.

I want to extract one cell and use it in the pdf that jotform generates. Is there a way to do this? Something like {table:input} ?

It looks like you have deleted the input table from your form.

What you have mentioned in your last response can be achieved.

You will need to pass on the value in the cell in the input table field to another short text field - https://www.jotform.com/help/414-calculate-values-in-the-input-table-through-condition

Then you can show that Short text field value on a separate Text field on the PD using the Short text field's unique name.
