Substitute for Gravity Forms

    Hi!

I have been using Gravity Forms for some years.

Using Gravity in a combination with Excel, dealing with claims and payments.
Flow: Customers fills in a form in Gravity. Some questions of personal info, address etc. then entering main debt, interest, cost etc. Submitting results in a email to customer and admin, with the replies, and the debt data from Gravity.

From here it is a manual process, copying the data from Gravity and enter into the Excel sheet. Bottom line is the claims list.

We want instead this to be a one-step operation. Customer fill in and submit the form, resulting in an Excel sheet including the Gravity data.

Hope this is something JotForm can help me with :-) Hope I have made my understandable. :-)

    Best regard Georg

We do have a direct integration with Google Sheet.

When the form is submitted, the data is sent to your Google sheet.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets

It is also possible to create an excel file out of your submission data.

    Hi!
    Thanks for quick response!

I am trying to find something describing converting/merging two files with different data types. Today it is Gravity forms to Excel as described.
I find plenty of optins for å single page.

    1. Printout of Gravity forms page with relevant data in part5, «Del 5 – krav». We want this data to be imported to Excel
    2. Today, we do this manually. What we want is to get the Gravity Forms data exported to Excel.

Do you think you can tweek this to fit our requirements?

    Best regards
    Georg

I'm not familiar with Gravity forms as we are JotForms.

However, it is possible to import csv files into JotForm forms.

    Hi Again!

    Just to clarify!
I did enclose my files just to give an explanation of the process we use today. As I said, I want to find another solution than Gravity Forms, hopefully based on Jotform and Excel!
I feel a bit out of my comfort zone, that’s why I am asking, please forgive me 😊

Hope you can give me some thougts how to proceed.

    Best regards
    Georg

If you have a JotForm, a person fills and submits the form, you can automatically get the data in an Excel sheet as explained by my colleague above.

If that's not the case, are you looking for importing data from Gravity forms into JotForm?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your reply!

Having a good time working with JotForm. Really like it! I have a question on a form element. There are many to choose from. I need help to find an element that handles calculations/ adding. It is a multicolumn element.

    Excample from a row:
«Main debt + interet +cost = Total» Data should result in an excel sheet.

How can obtain that in JotForm?
    Open for all suggestions!

    Best regards
    Georg
