A collaborator to edit my form and sent emails.

Hi, I am looking to create a form and then edit it every week to include new date and time. If I add a collaborator, will she be able to edit it as often as she wants? And then can she email the form to as many contacts as she wants?

Please note that you can share Collaboration Link of the form you need help with. Every form has it's unique Collaboration Link. You may share Collaboration Link(s) of only the form(s) you want collaborators to help you with.

As per emails, you can set your account to automatically send email notifications to any email recipient you like upon every time your form is submitted. You can also set your account to automatically send email notifications to form respondent's email address upon submitting form.
