Work Schedule claim

Hi There,

I am exploring Jotform to collect data from a huge group of employee to claim available work schedule and locations which only allow one time claim from each before populating into spreadsheet on onedrive.

Is that possible with Jotform?

It is possible to populate the data into Google Sheets or pass the data to onedrive.

You can also set the unique submissions to allow only 1 unique submission.
