Intermittently not getting emails

    I'm also not getting a notification email about 50% of the time in this form that doesn't have any conditional logic on the emails.

    I checked the email history logs and can see emails are being sent, both notification and autoresponder emails.

    I think I am getting all the Autoresponder emails, but still none of the Notification emails.

    I just ran through one and got the Autoresponder email, but no Notification email. Here is the Submission ID: 4923782646015103813

    This one did not get the notification email, just the autoresponder: 4923790906013696429


    This one got both emails: 4923789776014149816


    The only difference between these two submissions is the "What prescription would you like" question. If it's Glasses only, it sends only autoresponder email. If it is Glasses + Contacts, it sends both emails as expected.

    Hmm...this form is not sending any notification or autoresponder emails either, even though the log says it is. ID: 4923798936018702130, 4923796616016568886

    I tried again with a gmail address and this time I got a notification email, but no autoresponder email. ID: 4923803936012942260

    I checked the spam and all mail folders too...

    I checked the email logs and can see that all of the emails for the submission IDs you have mentioned are all sent.

    Note that since your form does not have a condition, the answer on your form should not matter.

    If you are inconsistently receiving emails even if emails were sent, please ask your email service provider to whitelist JotForm's IP Addresses and Domains.

    You may also use your own SMTP details to send the email so it will not get filtered by your email service provider.
