Can I just confirm that people submitting large video files is ok?

    Can I just confirm that people submitting large video files is OK and jotform can support these OK?

    Generally it seems fine, but every now and then the same issue arises

    I also then start to get complaints that after submitting the screen goes blank

    Could someone look into this for me too?

    Please note that the max size limit of the file upload field is 1GB to upload. You may change the limit of the file size for the file upload field following the guide below:

    Oh that's great to know - so I can INCREASE the max fie size?

    I have just changed one project to allow max 5000000KB, which I think is about 5GB

    I then uploaded 3 large files just over half GB each - however, after waiting for the files to upload, I submitted, and the page seemed to refresh, showing me the completed form with a 'please wait..' rather than submit

    When I checked my inbox, the form and videos had been submitted, but as an external user, I wouldn't know if this had been submitted

    I think this is the problem I have had with people trying to submit, and either the page will go blank with no message, or will refresh as though it hadn't been submitted

    I do hope this makes sense!
