How can I create an aesthetically appealing form?

I have 5 forms that are connected (url redirection). How do I make them - or the user experience - aesthetically more appealing for users?

    Thanks!!

What exactly do you want to make more appealing?

    Hi!

Sorry if my question is not so clear.

But the forms look so plain. For example a better visual separation between each of the questions. Also, can I add colour somewhere? I just feel the form looks bland.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

You can use different fields and colors

    https://www.jotform.com/help/46-quick-overview-of-form-fields/

Also, you can change the form background

    https://www.jotform.com/features/form-background/

Or, you may choose form templates here: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

    Hey!

A divider with different colours and the form background might be a starter!!

Thanks and sorry for being a bother :)

Do you mean to say that you want a divider to be placed after each question of form? Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have added multiple dividers in first page with different color and also added a page background color as well: https://form.jotform.com/213124171396956

One another option is to build form in cards layout as well. Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have changed the form layout and see if it is being displayed correctly: https://form.jotform.com/213124049530950

Feel free to clone both these forms in your account for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url/

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you need any other changes in form.

We will wait for your response.

Please with respect to the card layout, is it possible to have two elements in one card?

I would like the questions and options to be in one card.

Thanks for this card layout option, it was great!!

    Hello,

You might consider using the multiline question for card forms. Check the guide below for more information.

Let us know if you have any other concerns.

    Thank you.

    Hey! Thanks!

This is great! Though I need to do calculations and I read "MULTI-LINE QUESTION can not be used with calculations", oops!

I am going to try and hack some things out and give you a shout when I get stuck.

    Many thanks!!!
