Message that says I’m out of space.

    It keeps saying that I am out of limit. I need help please. Is it possible to clear my account?

    Thank you for replying back! So I deleted all my submissions already…will I be able to receive submissions this month or does this mean that I won’t be receiving any submissions until December? I’m confused.
    my friend had this happen to her as well and she said you guys helped her by clearing out her account and she was able to keep her form and receive submissions. Is this possible?

    The deleted submissions are still in your trash folder. You can empty it from the link below.

    Your monthly submissions limit is 100. Once you reach this limit only then you'll stop receiving new submissions.

    Ok. I have emptied the trash. Does this mean I will be receiving new submissions this month?
    it still says I’m out of upload space limit.

    I checked the account/username VaneNonu and it shows it is active and form is available.

    The form in the account should be able to receive new incoming submissions.

    I cleared your form cache to be sure it wasn't the issue and I see your Upload Space usage currently is at

    34.7MB only out of the max 100MB
