I need help with a recommendation

Hi Guys

Im subscribing to your service and I see you have a ton of form template to choose from but im looking for a template to do the following:

Contact page

Select: Sales, Support, Warranty, Become a reseller.

based on the above selection, the proper fields would display on this page.

So in other words having a 1 page for all types of inquiries which is dynamic and askes questions that are needed for us to service the customer better.

You can clone your forms and I believe a similar form would be generated.

You would need to fix the styling and any details that you would like to add.

I checked your current form and it allows changing the selected option, I am not sure what you mean by dynamic, but here are the possibilities, based on my understanding.

If you want to show different fields based on the user's selection in the form, you can add the fields as hidden fields and show them using conditions.

If you want the form to redirect the user to a different form based on the selected option, you can use conditions for that as well.
