Please allow me some time to check if the option or feature you are looking for is available or can be achieved using the Coupon Codes feature of our payment field — How-to-add-coupon-code-to-payment-forms
I'll get back to you on this ticket with my findings as soon as possible.

I would like to apologize for the delayed response. It appears that with the current Coupon Discount we have on our payment fields, you can achieve what you are looking for to achieve with two separate coupon codes —
1 that will apply a $10.00 off if the total amount of all items selected is $50 or more
and 1 that will apply a $20.00 off if the total amount of all items selected is $100 or more.
Please let us know if that would work for you.
Otherwise, may we ask that you let us know the following information, please?
- How many products will be listed under the payment field on your form?
- Will the products have the same base price?
- Do you prefer having only one coupon code that will give either a $10 or $20 discount based on the total amount of all the products selected in one transaction/submission?
We will be glad to check if we can find any other workaround that will help you based on your requirements. We will wait for your response.

Hi,
Tysm for your response! Yes I'd like one coupon code that will be $10 off $50-$99.99 and one that is $20 off $100 or more. Applied to subtotal.
When I just tried to do that it didn't work though. It would only apply to the products which I had to select. Has it not been updated yet?
Ty again for your professional and accommodating response.
P.S. I have another separate request. Is this the place to make it?

Hi,
Could you please share with us the form URL in question so we can check? Are you perhaps referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/213587573340459?
As per checking, the payment form doesn't have any coupons code yet. You can refer to my colleague's workaround above to achieve your requirements.
We look forward to your response.

Thank you for waiting, and I apologize if it took a while.
I cloned your form, deleted the product list, and re-added it, and the subtotal showed up as an option.
Please try, and after you re-add the product list, click on the Product list which is the first icon, and select coupon.
Let us know if you still can't see that option.
Best,
Nina

how do you delete a product list and then re add it

Hi,
You can accomplish this by selecting the product list and clicking the bin icon but this would remove the payment integration as well as the product list and you would have to add both the payment integration and all your products again.
You could also delete singular products by selecting them in the list, clicking the gear, and clicking the bin icon. (same place where you add new products or disable/enable them.)
Please let us know if you require any further assistance or information.
Have an amazing day. -

Hi...I stated a new form for this week, deleted the product list and reconfigured payment options. I thought I tested it last night and it worked but just now when I tried to make a coupon of $5 off the subtotal it did not give me that option. If you could really figure this out because I promised people the coupons would be working this week...Ty!
This form can't get coupon on subtotal...

Hey there,
Could you please remove and re-add the coupons?
For some reasons it seems like they don't apply for the products,
If you'll notice it says "Affects No Products" while it should say "Affects All Products"
Like so
Please let us know if you need any further assistance,
Thank you

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the form you linked in your most recent response to this ticket and I see that there is only one coupon code added to its payment field. With regards to your concern, I'm afraid that the option to apply the discount to "subtotal" so you can set a Minimum Order Amount for Discount is not available in payment fields integrated with Stripe.
How would you like to consider integrating your form to another payment gateway, like PayPal, so you may apply the discount to the "subtotal"?
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

Mike_G,
Thanks for your answer.
After a lot of back and forth we discovered thanks to your response that Stripe doesn't integrate this feature of applying coupon to subtotal.
So I took your suggestion and signed up with paypal. It has not been good. My customers are getting very frustrated, can't checkout regular, some have a paypal account linked to their business and wanted to use a personal debit card and it wouldn't let them, paypal is holding money, friends and family etc etc.
So I am thinking of closing my jotform account and trying a different platform. It's just this one sticking point though so I am a bit reluctant to. Can you help?
I need to be able to use coupons that apply to subtotal and paypal is too complicated and restrictive for my customers. Do you have any other suggestions? Would square work with this feature?
Looking forward to your response.

Hi,
If you wish to use Square as a payment processor, you can refer to this guide. Please follow these instructions to integrate with Square and add coupons:
How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square
How-to-Add-Coupon-Code-to-Payment-Forms
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
Thank you.
