Can't create forms

Hi Folks,

I am on the free plan at the moment.

the issue is I can't create any forms. When I click to create it goes to a page saying builder doesn't exist. Templates simply don't load.

Doesnt matter the browser, cleared cookies, did it in chrome incognito and still had error. Tried it on my sons computer too still errors. We are computer saavy.
