Storage Limit BS

    Why was my account disabled? I'm clearly not over the storage limit. I only have 1 form with 3 submissions.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Your FREE account had exceeded already the Upload space allocation. The account is now in Overlimit Status which now disables submissions on your forms. Your current upload space is 108.14 MB, Please note that for Free accounts, you only have 100 MB space for any given time. Upload space is consumed when you have forms that ask for users to upload some files. The size consumed would depend on how big are the files uploaded by your users collectively

    To reactivate your account you can either upgrade your account to a higher plan or delete the form submission data.

    Before you delete your form submission data you may want to download the form submissions first as your backup.

    Since you have already deleted your submission data make sure to clear your trash entries as well. Trash entries would still count on your upload space.
