Product List: Special Pricing Options for multiple Product Options

    Hello,

    I am contacting you because before , i was able to make some of my items at special pricing per option , there is now a lock button there for some reason and it is not allowing me to, can you please assist me on being able to use this option?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am not entirely sure what you are referring to. Could you share with us the form URL so that we can review the form settings? Check out this guide about Where to Find My Form URL?. Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    I believe i may have figured it out, if i put special pricing on one screen
    then i am not able to put it on the other so it's either or, but it is in
    the editing section

    Yes - unfortunately, as stated in this guide, you can only set up the Special Pricing option for one of your Product Options. Once set up, you’ll see it disabled for the other Product Options.

    I will forward your inquiry as a Feature Request to our developers to consider making it possible to set up those Special Pricing Options for multiple Product Options. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA, but we will inform you in this thread of any updates. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hello blingmeout415,

    Unfortunately, we have not received your screenshots, but I've checked your form and I assume you're referring to the first three products. The option to enable the special pricing is available for these products, as it is not yet enabled for any of the product options:

    If you were to enable it for one of the options, the others would become inactive:

    Check out the bottle size on the Hennessy it is locked it won't let me

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I went to check your form. I was unable to find the Hennessy product in your product list. Also, the product list seems to be changed because it is not looking the same as the screenshot present in this thread.

    Could you please let us know have you removed the Hennessy from your product list? or is your issue resolved?

    Hi Ravi,
    I just went and switched it as a preview form and the Hennessy product is
    the 3rd on the top row, i am not sure why you are seeing it that way that
    you are seeing it, here is another screenshot, the previous screenshot was
    showing as editing view

    Thanks for getting back to us. As my colleague advised, if special pricing is already enabled from your other products, it will be inactive on another product. This has been escalated as a feature request to our developers.  But when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    I also cannot see or find the Hennessy product in your product list.

    Could you send us a screenshot of what you have on your end? I checked and cloned your form, but I was not able to find the product you are referring to.

    Oh wow I am not sure why all of a sudden I cannot see my products now when
    I log in I’m not sure if this happened after the clone but a bunch of my
    product are missing but the confusing part is that when others use the link
    that I give, they are able to see all of the products that I have previous

    It looks like once you cloned my form it made everything mess up , I had it
    all organized but now when I went back on logged in to edit form it is no
    longer showing all of my previous items, this is about to be very time
    consuming to add all of my items back again do you know of any way that
    these can be retrieved? Also I did a test order and the form/receipt looks
    a mess it shows all of my items to the customer on one form when they have
