On my jotform someone wants to change their time slot - I’ve tried to edit to a later time but there is no update or save button plus there’s a payment integration on the form that won’t let me move forward, but they’ve already paid

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure about the form in question as I'm unable to locate any form associated with firstname.lastname@example.org so could you please share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution.
You can edit their submission from your table or you can provide them with the edit link of the submission. You just need to give them the edit URL (https://www.jotform.com/edit/submission ID) Please grab the submission id for that submission, concatenate it with the URL and let them update their submission. For getting the submission ID, please check out this guide. Here's an example: https://www.jotform.com/edit/5435353366224269132
Please note that you'll need to hide the payment field from the form if you want to allow the customer to edit the submission as a submission with a payment field cannot be edited by users. Please take a look at this workaround provided by my colleague to another user.

Hi - thanks - account is associated with my work email & did not want to display on a public platform - I will try what you suggested thank you
