4. Can I tabulate a client's individual survey/assessment scores? (For example Joe answered 40 questions and scored 8 points in category A, 4 points in category B, and 10 points in category C, etc)?

To clarify, tabulate meaning you want to view the data submitted by your users? If so, on how to view your forms submission data, let me show you how to do that:

1. Log in to your Jotform account.

2. After logging in, you will be redirected to My Forms page.

3. Click on the form where you want to view the submissions data, and click on the Submissions button on the top toolbar.

4. After clicking the Submissions button, you will be redirected to the form's Tables page.

You may also download Form submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
