A very large number of my form

submissions are duplicating. Eg they submit the form then hours later, or even a few days, it comes up again and takes their money.

I need this matter fixed urgently please

    Hi Aliesha,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry that this is happening. Can you share the form URL so I could check the submission data?

Duplicate submissions may occur when the Thank You page is not closed after the form is submitted. It can be reloaded later, which will trigger a new submission causing a duplicate entry. To prevent this behavior, add a Captcha to the form or use an external link as a thank you page to never let the reload action resubmit the form's data. Furthermore, you can enable the unique submission and unique question feature to set a limit on the form access where a warning message will appear if a user sends a detail that already exists in your submissions.

Lastly, I suggest you change the Allow Browser AutoComplete to No so that it won't automatically fill the fields when the page is refreshed on the Thank You page. Please refer to the steps and screenshot below:

    1. In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. On Form Settings, scroll down to show More Options and look for Allow Browser AutoComplete.
    3. Change the dropdown from Yes or No.
