I changed a few things to follow the rules of the website that I think I was blocking, but its still blocked.

Upon checking your form, I found that it is currently disabled and that is the reason why you are getting this message.
You also have following "Form Limits" set in your form:
#1. Submission limit - You have set it as 1 and that means you will not be able to receive more than 1 submissions in your form.
#2. Unique Submissions - You have set it as strict check and that means your users will not be able to submit form twice from the same IP address.

To solve your problem, I would suggest you to remove the "Submission Limits" from your form if you want to receive more submissions and also enable your form as well. The following guide should help you:
