Need PayPal Personal to connect to document

    On this document I'm not able to add the PayPal personal like I did to the vendor form. Is there a reason for this? Can you help assist.

    Hi Audrey,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form, and it appears that PayPal Pro is integrated into it. Can you please check out this guide on How to Integrate PayPal Pro With Jotform. If you want to change your payment method to PayPal personal. Yes, you can change the Payment method without deleting it. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    3. Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection.

    Now, you'll see the new payment method on your form.
