    Hi Glenn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can integrate your form into QuickBooks to create an invoice or to create a record from your submissions. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the Quickbooks.
    • Then, choose to Create Invoice or Create Customer and click Next to Authenticate your Quickbooks account.

Isn't an invoice what you create to bill a customer? If so, I am not referring to that. As stated in my original post, I "Would like to see the ability to add a vendor’s bill from Jotform to a QuickBooks Online company file.

    Hi Glenn,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can create a form for your vendor's bill and integrate it into Quickbooks. You'll just need to match the field for your vendors to be able to create a bill.
