How to delete Submissions?

Hi Naomi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting your submissions is really easy. First, we recommend that you Download your Submissions so you will have a backup of the data in case you need it in the future. and then, delete it from the Submission Table and purge in the Trash Entries. Let me show you:

First, download your submissions:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

Second, delete them from your Submission Table and purge them in your Trash Entries:

• On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
• At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
• Next, you can select multiple entries and click on Delete, then Move To Trash.

• Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page to permanently delete all of your trashed entries and free up your Upload Storage.
• Go to the Trashed Entries panel, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, then select Delete.

Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
