How to change the upload size limit?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me show you how to change the upload size limit:

• In the Form Builder, add a File Upload element to your form or select an existing one.
• Select the File Upload’s gear icon to open properties.
• In the properties pane on the right, go to Options at the top.
• Turn on Limit File Size and set your desired minimum and maximum file size limit in KB.

Furthermore, please note that the maximum individual file size allowed in Jotform is 1GB (1048576 KB) and the maximum recommended number of file uploads is 25 per entry. You can only receive 25 files per submission, even if you allow multiple numbers of files in your file uploads, Jotform will not accept the 26th file.

Lastly, there is no specific subscription to use this element. Just note that for a Starter plan, the file upload limit is 100MB monthly as per this guide. You may consider upgrading your plan when necessary.
