To my understanding you are not receiving the email notifications for your form submissions.
I checked this for you found you are using two email addresses in two different notifications for this form. However, I do not see either of your email addresses in our bouncelist.
Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce list
Result: email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
According to your Email History we are sending recent emails to one of your addresses except one which failed.
Are you receiving your emails at the one I've highlighted in green? Or is it not arriving at any?
Have you tried checking your spam folder?
