    Not Receiving Emails for Alternate Email Address

    Do you mean that you aren't receiving the email notifications at a new email address that was added to your form for " newenquiry@superfitnesssites.com "?

    According to what I see for your email notification it's set up correctly.

    I also did not see the email address in our bouncelist either.

    Result: newenquiry@superfitnesssites.com is NOT in the bounce list

    I took a peek at your form and also at your email history and our mail server log shows that we sent two emails at to that email address. The ones without the form numbers listed next to your email address are because you were testing those.

    I'd suggest checking your spam folder to make sure they didn't end up there. If you don't see anything there then please refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list for additional suggestions to help you correct the problem.
