I am deleting some things I don't need, but it still says that.. Is it that it takes some time to enable? or that I still need to purchase a bigger plan?
Thanks!

I'm checking your form and it seems to be accessible now. I also checked your account and it looks good, you are far from reaching your quota. You can find your current usage on this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
For "Free" plan, you are allowed to have 100 MB of upload space, if you reached that limit your forms will be disabled. To continue using your forms, you need to either free up your upload space by deleting submissions with file uploads on them OR upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible, the submission data will permanently be deleted in our servers. I strongly advise taking advantage of our integrations that support 3rd party file sharing and storage services like Dropbox and Google Drive, with that, your succeeding submissions and file uploads will automatically be uploaded to your 3rd party storage accounts, giving you a real time backup.
Let us know if you need more help on this.

I have checked your embedded form and it is available.
As my colleague mentioned your account is active. This is the only form that you have on your account. Do you have issues with some other form? If so please provide us ID of that form or if the form is embedded URL of webpage where your form is embedded.
You can also provide us a screenshot of how your form looks on your end.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
