How do I hide unanswered fields from appearing blank in my email upon submission?

    For example:

    Name: Bob

    Age:21

    Job Role:

    Country: UK

and when i receive an email with the form, I would like it to look like this:

    Name: Bob

    Age:21

    Country: UK

so just to not show the unanswered fields once I receive the form

    Thank You

    Hello taugaming,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by enabling "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" setting of your form. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts

Because of the UI changes, you will not be able to locate this feature as explained in the guide above. I would suggest you to add &old in the url of your form editor which will start displaying old interface again to you. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" features only works with an unedited version of email alert. If you have edited your email alert, I would suggest you to please delete the existing email alert and add a new one.

    Hope this helps.
