Hello,
I have set up a number of forms using jotform and the notification email and integration to salesforce has always worked fine. I just set up a new form and neither the notification emails
or integration to salesforce are working. The only difference between this form and any other i have made is I am sending customers directly to the form URL vs embedding the form on my webpage.Con you please help me with this?

Hi Steve,
It seems to me that you've got two separate issues here so we'll respond to your not receiving the email notification issue first in this thread.
And for the salesforce integration issue in this new thread over here as we ask that you please only ask one question per thread to prevent confusion.
I took a peek at your provided form and I found you have one email address for "sxxxx.march@guxxxxxxxxxxxte.com" but when I checked your email it was not found in our bouncelist.
Also, according to your email history we are sending you emails sucessfully.
