    My Forms Are Not Being Delivered to My Email

    Since April 28th I have received no form notifications even though 7 people have completed the Adult Intake.  I checked Submissions and they do not show there either.

    Is this http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43386416869974 the Adult Intake Form you are referring to having this email notification issue on?

    I checked your email notification setup and found you have the correct setup so I checked both of your email addresses but neither are listed in our bouncelist.

    Result: drxxx@xxxxx.com is NOT in the bounce list

    Result: sexxxx@sxxxx.com is NOT in the bounce list

    Are you not receiving the emails at either of the two addresses you have listed or just one?

    Have you tried checking your spam folder to make sure they didn't end up there?

    According to the Email History log for your account our servers are sending out emails normally.
