What happened to payment fields?

    They all suddenly went away on all our forms? We didn't use the preset type of payment field, they were simple text fields that were labeled card type, number, etc.

    You were notified via email(sbnm@nmbar.org) that those fields were removed, since they are not allowed as part of our terms of use. Collecting sensitive credit card information is not allowed, your account can get suspended because of that: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

    "Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."
