I have a Jotform file uploader embedded in my Shopify store. It uploads to my my dropbox.
I was previously told by you guys, that these uploads wouldn't count against my upload limit, as they are being stored in my own Dropbox.
Im now getting an exceeding limit warning.

We would like to apologize, however, as long the submission with a file upload remains in your form's submission page, it will still go against your account's upload limit. To remove uploads, you can go to your form's submission page and delete all submissions that have file uploads. But before you delete all submissions we highly recommend that you download it all first, because once a submission is deleted there is no way we can retrieve it back.
