    Unable to use or receive emails when settings up SMTP

    Love the site. 
    i just completed a form and it worked great when confirmation email was being sent from jotform address. Once I tried to configure my own SMTP, I havent been getting any of the test mails and I cannot either a) check the SMTP settings for the one I entered or b) delete it and try again

    please advise

    To my understanding you are having an issue with using and receiving email notifications via smtp.

    We have a guide here to walk you through this properly to ensure you've set your smtp up correctly.

    Additionally, you can also check your email senders by looking at this in the settings under your jotform account. This is also where you can remove the ones you added to be used for sending.

    I checked the email addresses you are using and none of them are listed in our bouncelist even though I can see in your email history many have failed to send which I think was probably because of attempting to set up the smtp it seems.

    You may need to whitelist jotform addresses with your email host since you are using a custom email address as sometimes that can block us from sending to you properly.
