Does Jotform support workflow and electronic signatures?

I would like to have a requisition form that is filled out and then has to go to a set of executives to be approved before being returned to me.

Regarding to the workflow you want to have, this will be achieved with conditions, for example, when the form is submitted the form should be sent to your executives so the submission can be reviewed and approved.

When executives receive the submission, they will be able to open the submitted form with the edit link, here you will show fields only to them, once this fields are filled the email notification can be sent to you too.
