Data entry for for voice mail system.

We are building a voice mail intakes them for our homeless shelter incoming voice mails for a wait list system.  This will be a closed system where only 2 or 3 people are entering Data for the whole organization.  i am needing help with 2 aspects

1 duplicate phone numbers we want to log how many times that person has called "this might need to be handled in the excel side with some data validation and dup validating

To see how many times a person has submitted the form using the same phone number, you can go to your form's submissions page and filter the submission by searching for the phone number. From there you can see the number of submissions made using the same phone number.
