Hi,
I have sent emails to registrants and a box pops up and says the email is sent. The recipient never receives the email and I cant find the the sent email. Where am I going wrong?

Please provide more details, are you:
A) Forwarding submissions to an specific email from the "Submissions" dashboard? https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
B) Sending a form via email? https://www.jotform.com/help/303-How-to-send-a-form-via-email
If A or B is your case, could you share the email address were you sent the email? We will be glad to check the mail logs.
