Client is not getting email lto his yahoo accountPage URL:

I checked your email history and I can see that you are referring to the yahoo address of email@example.com. The emails failed to send to their address. You can also check this on your account by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History
That address was added to the bounce list, which is why the emails failed to send. I would like to inform you that I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so they should receive the next emails successfully.

I have checked your Yahoo email address and it seemed to be in our bounce list again, I have removed it and submitted your form, I can see the email was successfully sent, you can also check this by following the guide about email history given by my colleague above.
If you're still not receiving emails, please also check your email address in our bounce list: How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
Please test your email notification by submitting your form, using the "Test Email" button in the email wizard will send the email to the email address set up in your account.
