Hi there

Just received a notification that we were running out of storage as we only have 100 per month.  Is the 100 reset at the start of every month?

For a Free/Starter account, you have 100 MB upload storage and 500 submission storage. These does not reset every first of every month, unlike the form submission count.

If you are referring to the submission storage in your account, it is the total submissions stored in your account for all of your forms.

If you have more than 500 submissions in your account, the oldest submission will be deleted when you receive a new submission in any of your forms.

You can free your submission storage by deleting submissions through the submission page. However, we recommend you  download your submissions first before deleting them because once a submission is deleted it cannot be retrieved.
