You can accept Indian Rupees by using one of the payments:
1. Stripe
2. Purchase Order
3. 2Checkout
4. Square
You can simply change the currency by changing in the currency field:
You can also use PayPal, but it will convert USD to INR.
If you wish to process payments in INR you will have to use one of the options above.
Hope it helps.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you!

I am not sure what you meant by you are not able to integrate. I tested the available integrations and they are working as expected on our end. Here's a quick screencast of Stripe in my end:
You can see that I need my account to be logged in. So I went ahead and opened a new tab and logged in from there before connecting Stripe in the payment wizard.
Please do make sure that the credentials you are using in the payment wizard is correct, it would be best to refresh the page when making a new integration. Try also hitting the save button after making changes. I noticed that you are removing integrations, re-adding new ones, closing the payment wizard then trying to add a new one again. It seems like you are doing a lot of actions and it is a causing problems on your end. Try refreshing the page when the payment wizard is not working properly or whenever you are trying to integrate. Please also note that you can only add ONE payment integration in a form.
