Email Notifications: Why email notifications have stopped sending?

    I have a form that is used by my workers to submit their jobs and I have used it for years with no issue.  Last night it started to stop emailing me the submissions.  Please help!!!!  ASAP!!

    I have checked the email history of your account and I have not seen any failed email attempts from yesterday.

    I have also checked the email addresses set as recipients of the forms on your website and they are not on the bounce list.

    I suggest you try to make a test submission on your form to verify if everything works properly.

    By the way, just a follow-up, can you check and make sure you're not getting the email notification also in your Spam or Junk folders?

    They are NOT in my spam/junk folders.  There is an issue here as two submissions did not come into the inbox as typically happens.  I have been using this form for years w/o issue.  I also note that many others are experiencing the same problems.  Seems to be a JotForm problem that needs immediate addressing!  Please help.  This is quite urgent.

    Apologies for the inconveniences. 

    We had an issue with emails being sent to the spam folder, this happened with Gmail accounts, I have checked the email history for your email address as well and I can see the emails are being sent. 

    It is not in our bounce list either and this is one of the reasons why emails do not send; however, I have checked the email setting in your form and I can see there is some missing info such as the reply-to email address, I would suggest you to fill it out since some email providers will simply reject emails with missing info.

    Also, if the issue still persists, please set up a custom sender email using the SMTP method this way you will have more control over how the emails are sent: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    This is happening to my account as well, and they are not in spam.

    We had some issues earlier with notifications that were sent to multiple addresses as well.  That should also now be fixed.  If your notifications are still not going through, let us know which form you are having trouble with and we will be happy to have a look.
