My form doesn't sent any mail ( Formularz kontaktowy ( Contact form ) ducers )

I have checked your form ( Formularz kontaktowy ( Contact form ) ducers ). Unfortunately, your email address was in our bounce list and I removed it from the list.
I also sent you a test submission and controlled your email logs. There is no problem about receiving Notificaiton Emails now as you can see in the following image.
You can also check and remove your emails if they are bouncing or not. Please have a look at the following guides:
Finally, could you please check your Spam Inbox if you cannot find Notification Email of my test submission in your email Inbox? Please mark JotForm emails as "Not Spam" if you see them in your spam.

Your email account email@example.com ended up in the bounce list again. Please see the reason why:
It is the very same issue that you had before. Your email account is now removed off the list and you should be able to receive your emails normally from now on. However, since the issue seems like a recurring one I strongly suggest you to use SMTP in order to prevent any further issue related with bouncing. In your notification settings I can see the Sender Email field is still firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see how you can change it and setup SMTP on this guide of ours:
