Salesforce Integration: Unable to add members to campaign

We used to integrate our Jotforms into campaigns in Salesforce through the "Legacy" integration. It was very simple using a specific security token from SalesForce. With the new integration options, I can no longer add members to campaigns from the forms. Is there a work around?

    Hi Admin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share the Form URL you are referring to and some screenshots showing what is not working anymore, so we can help you with this further?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thank you for the quick response. I'm trying to integrate this form: https://form.jotform.com/233344618126252 into a specific Volunteer Campaign in SalesForce. I've set up an integration based on how I think it's supposed to work; however, when a form is submitted, the contact is not added to the specific campaign in SalesForce.

    Hi Admin,

Thanks for getting back to us. I reviewed your integration's action logs. And it appears that the required field is missing. Check out my screenshot below:

Check out this guide on Mastering Salesforce with Jotform. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
