How to Create a Calendar Report

How to Create a Calendar Report

The Calendar Report is a useful way of visually presenting your Submission Data so your customers can see available dates/times for, say, an appointment. Follow all the steps below on how to create a calendar report for your form.

1. Go to the MY FORMS page.

2. Select the form you want to generate a report from.

3. Click the Reports ▼ menu.

4. Then click Add New Report.

5. Select Calendar Listing Report on the Create a new report modal pop-up.

6. Next will be the Calendar Listing Report setup page, which is divided into 3 sections.

(a) REPORT NAME. Type the name of the report that will be shown under the Reports ▼ menu on the MY FORMS page.

(b) DATE FIELD. Previously, it is required to have a Date Picker field on the form to set the date the data will be saved under in the Calendar Report. Right now, you can already select the Submission Date as the Date Field in the Calendar Report.

(c) FIELDS. Select a field to include in the report. Compared with other reports, you can only pick ONE (1) FIELD that will show up in the Calendar Report.

(d) REPORT CONFIGURATIONS enable/disable additional report settings to your preference.

🔘 Password protection - An optional but added layer of security.

Click the Create button at the bottom to finish the setup.

7. After clicking the Create button, you will be prompted that the Calendar Listing Report is ready. On the same pop-up, you will see the link to the Calendar Listing Report that you created and a button to (a) copy that link. There is also the (b) iframe embed code that you can copy to embed the report to your website. (c) The Open Report button will open the report on a new browser tab.

Click the X at the top-right corner to close the pop-up.

Once you click on dot of the calendar report I have it set up to show Member Name Field. If you click on that it shows all data from the form submitted. Is there a way to hide the form data, or not be able to click through to it completely. We would like to use the calendar for public to view dots/forms note, bit not the details.

Does the calendar report update in real time or do i need to run the report every day in order to have it update?

    Hi

Is there anyway to edit the css for the calendar report?

I am trying to display the iframe on my site and the problem is that it is not displaying properly

Also there is one more issue if you click to go back to previous month for some reason it jumps from Jan 2014 to Nov 2013 rather than Dec 2013, but if you click to go to next month from Nov 2013 it takes you to Dec 2013

    Please see the example below

if i add this as an iframe to my site the arrows to go to next month/year or previous month/year are too close and as there is no text to explain what they are i would like to add my custom css or image to make sure it is clearer ?

Can you please advise if it is possible

    Thanks
    Imad
